Concept
A growing number of the members of the congregations in north Georgia have been
blessed to be able to attend the
1000 Voices event in North Carolina for the past
several years.  We always return to our home congregations and try to share the zeal
and inspiration the
1000 Voices gathering provides, but our words are never
completely adequate to the task.  We decided after the 2007 event that the only way
for people in our area to understand the power of
1000 Voices is to experience such an
event themselves.
Mountain Voices was created from the inspiration of 1000 Voices.

Funding
Mountain Voices is funded entirely by individual efforts.  No funds of the local
congregation are used.  There is absolutely no charge for participating, although
donations are gladly accepted.

Saturday Night Meal
We have reserved a large private dining room at the Hibachi Buffet that seats
approximately 80 people.  The food is a mix of oriental and American cuisine.  The
cost is approximately $15, which includes crab legs and a beverage.  The price is
slightly less is you don't want crab legs.  Everyone will be responsible for the cost of
their own meals, but all are welcome to join us.

Questions or Concerns
Mountain Voices is  intended to serve as a venue to inspire and encourage our fellow
Christians.  We do not mean to cause concern in any way.  If you see something that
does concern you or raises a question, please do us the favor of contacting Scott
Bishop or Sam Adams directly through the
Contact Us page and give us an
opportunity to talk with you.  If we are in error, we will certainly take steps to correct
it.  Thank you.
